Project Scope

Large Concrete Pumping provided Wagners the exclusive use of a concrete pump for the construction of site-based precast products for Lend Lease on the transformative Kingsford Smith Upgrade. Our pump was onsite 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to keep up with the demanding schedule. This project is set to create an entry statement to Brisbane while improving pedestrian and cycling facilities along the road. A 1.2km river walk with wide cycle lanes and pedestrian paths is set to connect Bretts Wharf in the east to Cameron Rocks in the west. Along with upgrades to Bretts Wharf and Cameron Rocks this pedestrian and cycle corridor will create a destination for Residents and tourists alike to enjoy. For motorists Kingsford Smith Drive will be widened to 6 lanes offering up to 30% of travel time saved. Public transport users will also love new upgraded bus facilities improving bus services along the corridor.
