SHANE LARGE
DIRECTOR / OPERATIONS MANAGER
Shane knows concreting. Having had 25 years experience in the construction industry, 15 of those as a concretor, Shane understands the unique challenges faced across residential, commercial, civil and mining projects. He has faced and overcome many challenges when concreting throughout his career, putting him in a unique position to relate with and help Large Concrete Pumping’s clients. In his role as Operational Manager, Shane works with clients and contractors, focusing on building a strong partnership to help in allowing Large’s team to do what they do best, problem solve. Shane loves his job and works day in and day out to ensure that Large Concrete Pumping is the best provider of concrete pumps in Brisbane and Australia-wide.
KELLY LARGE
GENERAL MANAGER
Kelly understands working under Government policies and procedures. She is a star player amongst the Large Concrete Pumping team, with her 16+ years of experience as a draftsperson inspiring her approach to her managerial role. Her previous experience in the Cadstre and Mining sectors have given her vast knowledge and experience that is applied to office management, implementation of safety standards, policies and procedures, and more. In her role as General Manager, Kelly understands that customer service, business development, and employee growth are incredibly important to building strong partnerships with clients and in growing the business.
